Founder and Principal Susan Hamilton began her career as a strategic management consultant in The Boston Consulting Group's consumer practice. Armed with strategic discipline and a passion for creative work with social purpose, she turned to the non-profit arena, working to build the nascent arts infrastructure in Singapore, and later to the world of branding and design, where she has had the privilege to work with and learn from a host of legendary brands, including Lipton, Hellmann’s, Mott’s, Snapple, M&M's, Breyer’s, Ben & Jerry’s, Kellogg’s Raisin Bran, Irish Spring, Dove, Mitsubishi, and Samsung. Since founding her own company 6 years ago, she has focused on work with positive social purpose, in particular with clients in the health + wellness space, including Genentech, Novartis, Epocrates, Medscape, WebMD and Doximity.
Susan is passionate about helping people take a more active role in managing their health, and is grateful for the opportunity to contribute her experience the sphere of communication and education. She holds a BA in art history and Italian literature from Dartmouth and an MBA from Harvard. She is also an avid practitioner of yoga and a certified hatha instructor.
