began her career as a strategic management consultant in The Boston Consulting Group's consumer practice. Armed with strategic discipline and a passion for creative work, she turned to the world of branding, where she has had the privilege to work with and learn from a host of legendary brands, including Lipton, Hellmann’s, Mott’s, Snapple, M&M's, Breyer’s, Ben & Jerry’s, Kellogg’s Raisin Bran, Irish Spring, Dove, Mitsubishi, and Samsung. Upon founding her own company 7 years ago, she continued to develop her food & beverage practice and added a robust healthcare practice, with clients including Genentech, Novartis, Epocrates, Medscape, WebMD and Doximity, based in her passion for helping people take a more active role in managing their health.
She holds a BA in art history from Dartmouth and an MBA from Harvard. While not building brands, Susan keeps busy as a visual artist, hatha yogi, and mother to 3 delicious children.
